Ivory Dynasty by Collodge is located in the heart of "hotel circle" and is one block from the 4th Street social district. A “by Alabama for Alabama" experience is offered. Enjoy Crimson Tide themed rooms with history/tradition on every wall. 1 parking spot per room (with a free city parking lot across the street), and you may not need your car keys again! Steps to University Boulevard and an easy walk to campus or golf cart/Uber anywhere. RTR! You can have as private an experience as you desire because we have a completely digital (contactless) check-in process, are without an elevator that you need to get onto with other guests and have no interior common areas. We offer rooms of various sizes and price points, including two with access to a rocking chair balcony (where you can sometimes hear concerts from the amphitheater, and the Warrior River is just beyond), one room with a "standing" balcony, and a few rooms with single wall kitchens.

Bars and restaurants, the Tuscaloosa Amphitheater, the Tuscaloosa Riverwalk (A 4.2 mile walk if you start at the Amphitheater loop) and the Embassy Suites are all visible from the Alabama themed boutique hotel...need we say more? 1 block to the 4th Street Social District. Approximately 1 mile to The University of Alabama. Overlooking the Saban Center to be and proposed 90,000 sq ft downtown Tuscaloosa Convention Center.

We enjoyed our stay! Walking distance to many restaurants, a great park with trails for biking/running or walking, and close to the university! The hosts were great! This is our second stay here due to its convenience and amenities!

Absolute gem! We booked Ivory Dynasty for our daughter's Bama Bound Orientation visit and could not have been happier. Barden was so kind and communicative, especially when our flight was delayed and we arrived a day later than planned. We were lucky enough to meet him in person during our stay and he was so kind! The room was clean, well-appointed, and decorated with fun, Bama-themed athletic decor. We will definitely be back!

5 Stars — Amazing Stay with an Even Better Host! I had an incredible experience staying here! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described — even better in person. This is our second stay at the Ivory Dynasty and it gets better every time! The rooms are just as described, comfy and stocked with everything you need. The location is fantastic! It's easy to walk to lots of restaurants and shopping! We will definitely book here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Ivory Dynasty. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was so pretty and clean. We enjoyed having a refrigerator in the room just to keep our water cold. It was such a convenient location for our University of Alabama visit.

We have stayed at Barden and Amanda's lodge multiple times in different rooms depending on availability and have always been more than pleased with the room, location, communication, and all amenities! I can't recommend Ivory Dynasty enough - it's the perfect spot for parents to visit your Alabama students - walking distance to downtown and convenient parking to grab an Uber if you have to go to campus. Roll Tide Roll!

Where do I start? From the time I booked my stay, Amanda and Barden were communicative, informative and welcoming! The location was absolutely perfect - close to everything, including campus, restaurants, activities, etc. Room was exactly as described and I felt right at home! Easy instructions on how to check in and access the room - and even an early check-in since I had a long day of travel and arrived a bit early. Everything I needed was there and it was so nice to have a kitchen! I LOVED the mattress- had the best night sleep my first night and it helped make my busy schedule more pleasant! I was lucky enough to run into Barden and Amanda and their cute kiddos! They were the sweetest family and we had a great conversation. I would highly recommend booking with Barden and Amanda and cannot wait to book again!

Such a cute little space perfect for a get away! Host was so responsive and even called to check to make sure I found the place and checked in okay! There are so many amenities local within walking distance and even a cute little area for a morning jog/walk… which was my absolute favorite! Right down the road from campus if need be! The place was very clean and had everything needed and more. 10/10 recommend and I would stay again!

Always great to stay here when I’m in T-Town. My go to 100%. A stones throw from all the spots downtown and a good walk to the river. Great location. Great communication from the host.
