Alabama Boutique Hotel: #6 w/ TV Rm, PacMan Arcade

Honestly, I was only in town from Monday until Wednesday for a concert and I could not have expected the hotel experience to be any better than it was. I had absolutely no problems and the room was just as advertised… It was clean, It was nice and it was actually quiet for a change. The contactless check in and check out was awesome! Could not have been any simpler. If I ever go back to Tuscaloosa, I will absolutely do my very best to get a room at the iIory Dynasty again.

This is perfectly located to all the things you could downtown and around the city. One night we had the pleasure of meeting Barden and he was very friendly! I will definitely stay here again when I come back to visit!

Barden was wonderful, clear communication & he genuinely cares that you have a good stay. Description was accurate, check in was incredibly easy, and they were very willing to work to accommodate you. My only note would be that the parking lot is a little tight - I could navigate it in a full size truck, but it took some doing. Great, convenient location too - walking distance to most anywhere you’d want to go. Overall I’d highly recommend it for anyone visiting Tuscaloosa!

Roll Tide & Relax! I had an awesome stay at this Airbnb in Tuscaloosa! First off, the location is unbeatable—super close to everything you need, whether you're in town for a game, a visit, or just exploring. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the touches that made it feel like a home away from home. And the price? Total steal for what you get! The only tiny thing I’d tweak is the parking situation. Assigning spots to match room numbers seems convenient, but it might create a bit of a privacy hiccup—kind of like putting your name on your mailbox when you’d rather stay anonymous. Maybe just numbered spots without the room match would keep things a little more secure. Still, overall, this stay gets a big thumbs up from me. Would definitely book again!

We loved our two nights in the Pac-Man room (Room #6). The space was just right for two people, the bed was cozy, the decor was incredible and so much fun... It was great to have a refrigerator and microwave, as well as coffee. And the little sitting area was nice as well - it really did feel like a separate space from the bedroom. And the location was absolutely perfect for being close to the university and to University Ave. in particular. Tons of restaurants and shops so close!! I have no hesitations in recommending this boutique hotel/condo/apartment...my only slight hesitation would be to think about what schedule you might be keeping as this room is on the bottom floor, so when the people above us came in both nights pretty late, it was pretty loud above us. Not a big deal if you're going to be out late, but maybe if you're looking for an early evening, consider staying on the second floor. Super pleased overall!! Much nicer than the hotel our friends were staying in nearby.

We have stayed here before - now just trying each room in the building. Barden and Amanda are great hosts and everything is super easy and squeaky clean! You can walk to so many places from here - we definitely don’t drive when we stay. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoy just hanging out. Thank you so much and we will definitely be back to try the next room!

Ivory and Dynasty is our favorite place to stay when we are in Tuscaloosa. Barden is an outstanding host. We've had the pleasure of running into him on each of our visits and he always makes time to talk with us and makes worthwhile suggestions of places to visit when in town. We highly recommend it.
