Ivory Dynasty by Collodge is located in the heart of "hotel circle" and is one block from the 4th Street social district. A “by Alabama for Alabama" experience is offered. Enjoy Crimson Tide themed rooms with history/tradition on every wall. 1 parking spot per room (with a free city parking lot across the street), and you may not need your car keys again! Steps to University Boulevard and an easy walk to campus or golf cart/Uber anywhere. RTR! You can have as private an experience as you desire because we have a completely digital (contactless) check-in process, are without an elevator that you need to get onto with other guests and have no interior common areas. We offer rooms of various sizes and price points, including two with access to a rocking chair balcony (where you can sometimes hear concerts from the amphitheater, and the Warrior River is just beyond), one room with a "standing" balcony, and a few rooms with single wall kitchens.

Approximately 1 mile to The University of Alabama. Overlooking the Saban Center to be and proposed 90,000 sq ft downtown Tuscaloosa convention center.

We recently had parents weekend to attend but decided to head there earlier because of hurricane Milton. We were so lucky to have found this charming gem just minutes away from the University of Alabama, and I can’t recommend it highly enough for anyone visiting the area—especially students, families, and alumni! From the moment we arrived, the host, Barden, made us feel incredibly welcome. One of the highlights of our stay was the ease of communication with him. He was always just a message away and provided quick responses to any questions we had. His willingness to help with anything we needed made us feel valued as guests. The location couldn't have been better—just a short drive to the university and close to several fantastic restaurants and cafes. Barden provided an incredible list of local favorites, and his recommendations for places to eat were spot on! Whether you’re in the mood for BBQ or a trendy brunch spot, you’ll have plenty of options nearby. I can’t wait to return !!

Perfect place to stay to attend a football game. Walkable to nightlife and we even walked to the stadium. The unit was clean and exactly what we needed for our trip. Other than wishing there were a couple more towels in the bathroom for a multi-night stay (nothing serious but a nice to have), we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Will recommend and would stay again.
