I was in town to get a tattoo, and wanted something inexpensive and the Boutique Hotel did it for me. It was rather quaint, and something different. I would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay! Was able to easily walk to the nature path and the stadium. Which was phenomenal since all the roads surrounding the stadium were closed due to the concert. We made it to bed way faster than all the other attendees trying to get to their Ubers. Also the host is amazing and waited to make sure we could get in easily!

Barden's place was perfect for my husband and I to stay a few nights while we moved our freshman into the university. I will definitely look into staying again when we are down to visit.

Great location to downtown and specific parking. Great spot if you need to run around town using the river side but want to be close to the downtown area for food. Comfortable bed and no frills room for what you need

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Adorable space. Clean and accurately described! Super easy to communicate with the host who is incredibly friendly and responsive! Easy parking and entry. Walkable to great restaurants, shops, and bars! I stayed her when dropping my son off for his sophomore year. Will absolutely stay again!

Barden’s place was exactly as described. Amazing location in downtown Tuscaloosa with easy access to lots of nearby restaurants and things to do. Barden was very responsive and friendly. Great stay!

Loved Barden’s place! It was so cozy & we loved the decor. The location was perfect and we can walk to all the food and shops in downtown Tuscaloosa! Barden & his wife were so nice and welcoming. My husband and I cannot wait to stay there again! 😍

This was a perfect location for our family (booked 4 rooms) for graduation! Its location close to downtown, campus and the Riverwalk was ideal. Barden worked with us on making one room handicapped accessible for my Step Father. My son loved the pinball machine 😁. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

I have made 2 trips to beautiful Tuscaloosa for UA purposes. The first time I stayed at Ivory Dynasty, and my experience was excellent, and it was only fitting that I would stay here on my second trip. The location is conveniently located in between the downtown activities and riverwalk, all within a short walking distance. You can get to UA very quickly in a short drive from here as well. Barden is very responsive, welcoming, and an amazing host. The Bama theme is unique, and the new mural looks incredible. When you see it, you will agree too. Don't bother staying in an overpriced hotel when you can stay here and experience much higher quality and excellent customer service. This is your home away from home. When I return to Tuscaloosa, I will stay here for a third time (as an alumni). Roll Tide!
